Change of Address Form

This form is valid only for new students who have applied for Undergraduate Admissions that have a change in address and/or phone number and have not enrolled in Virginia Union University.

Student Update Form

This form is valid only for students who applied for Spring 2005 or a later term, who did not enroll, and wish to be considered for a new semester. Students previously enrolled at VUU who wish to be considered for a new semester as a Readmit Student should not complete this form, rather complete a Readmit Application and submit to the Registrar's Office.
