Professional Profile:
Scott, has worked for the IBM Corporation for over 20 years, having served as an Accountant for Government Contracts, an Auditor, and a Client Manager in State and Local Government. Currently Scott manages IBM’s Mentor-Protégé and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Programs within the Federal Government industry. Scott’s primary responsibility is managing funds received from the Department of Defense to develop minority businesses through the Mentor-Protégé Program. Scott’s industry experience includes Federal, State, Local Government, Banking and Insurance.

In addition to IBM, Scott’s experience includes work on the House Armed Services Committee of the United States Congress, and the practice of law in the areas of Government Relations, Business Organization, Family Law and Tax Exempt Organizations.
