Center for Undergraduate Studies
Greetings and welcome from the dynamic team of The Center for Undergraduate Studies at Virginia Union University where the success and retention of students are our primary focus. Our team is committed to working with all students to facilitate their completion of the General Education Core. Upon satisfying the General Education Core Curriculum Requirements, students will transition to their desired majors housed in the School of Education and Interdisciplinary Studies; the Sydney Lewis School of Business; the School of Humanities and Social Sciences; and the School of Math, Science and Technology. With our General Studies (GST) courses students will acquire fundamental study skills, develop critical thinking skills, gain an awareness of community, and cultivate a commitment to service and excellence.
