The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing services to the college community. We provide academic and enrollment services for Virginia Union faculty, students, alumni, staff, and for Virginia Union's various constituents. Requesting a transcript
You may request a transcript by using our Transcript Request Form or by visiting our office. To ensure the integrity and privacy of the document, official VUU transcripts are not faxed, emailed or issued electronically, nor do we accept requests in this manner. There is a $6 charge for each transcript. We will accept a money order or cashier's check for this charge. Once we receive your request in our office, you can expect the processing time to be 5 - 7 business days.

To verify enrollment for scholarships and grants, health insurance companies, or other interests, you may use the form provided, or complete a form in our office.

FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 was designed to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their educational records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate data through formal and informal hearings. The college will not release any information covered by the ACT to outside parties without the written authorization of the student. Some information may be released without the student's consent.
