Franklyn Richardson, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Virginia Union University, has been selected for induction into the 2013 Class of the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame. The 28th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held September 27, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia. This is the 28th annual induction ceremony held by the organization, which provides scholarships for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and highlights accomplishments of alumni of HBCUs.
