Hovey Field

Hovey Field has been the home to Virginia Union University football since 1907. On land originally purchased for just over $8,000, Hovey Field has become a VUU landmark. Hovey Field seats over 10,000 people and was the home to the 1923 National Championship football team.

Barco-Stevens Hall


 
 
 
 
   

Originally built for the 1939 World's Fair in New York, Barco-Stevens Hall was disassembled and then moved to Richmond in 1941. Seating just over 2,000 people, Barco-Stevens has been the home of two national men's basketball championship teams and a women's national championship team as well as the site of the 1980 NCAA Regional men's basketball championship.
