Early Alert Form
Early Alert Form
One of the ways to determine causes of academic difficulty is to gather accurate data on factors which may contribute to student performance. This also gives us the opportunity to provide interventions for students who are at-risk of failure. Please complete this information for each student who is at risk of failing your course.
To ensure Early Alerts travel to the appropriate academic departments for academic intervention, please be sure to include the students’ name, ID, classification, and major.
Steps to retrieving this information are below:
· After logging into myvuu.edu – click on the “Faculty” tab at the top of the page.
· Click on “Faculty Course Control” on the right side of the page; your courses will be listed under “ Faculty Course Control”.
· Next to the specific course, click on “Class List” in the drop down box
· This “Class List” will provide student information such as email, name, ID, major, and classification.
