ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE
PROFESSOR OF PHYSICS
The
Department of Natural and Biological Sciences invites
applications for a full time faculty position in Physics
who exhibits a high degree of professionalism, a strong
commitment to students, and demonstrates the ability
to motivate and educate in an engaging manner. Other
duties will include advising/counseling students, participating
in scholarly activities, and serving on department,
school and university committees.
Required
Qualifications: The position requires a Ph.D.
degree in experimental physics and prior experience
teaching in higher education is preferable. It will
be expected that a successful candidate will be an effective
teacher and will initiate and maintain a research/ training
program.
