EMERGENCY
PLAN
-
If
you witness an incident that violates campus policies
or appears to be suspicious, please submit a written incident
report to the Office of Judicial Affairs.
-
If
witnesses are present during the incident, please have
each of them to complete and submit a statement form to
the Office of Judicial Affairs.
- If you witness
an incident that can be classified as an emergency (ie.
arguing, fighting, weapons, drugs, alcohol, assaults, injuries,
mental health related issues, etc), please notify the following
individuals via telephone and written statements in the
order provided below:
Life Threatening
Emergency Plan
1. Call 911
2.
Contact Campus Police at 257-5600 (main line) or 257-5851
(Chief Roane)
3.
Contact Office of Judicial Affairs for non medical emergencies
at 257-5633.
4. Contact the Office of Residence Life if the incident
occurs in one of the residence halls at 257-5608.
OR
Emergency Plan
for Non Life Threatening Emergencies
1. Contact
Campus police- 257-5600 (main line) or 257-5851 (Chief
Roane)
2. Contact
one of the Residence Life Hall Directors/ Director of
Residence Life if the emergency occurs in the residence
halls at:

3. Office

the risk of safety matters. Please take this seriously.
