We are pleased about your interest in becoming a member of the Leadership Development Program. This is an exciting opportunity that will make a tremendous difference in the lives of students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni and other Virginia Union University constituents.

The Leadership Development Program provides a variety of programs and activities to assist students in developing skills, knowledge and values needed to be effective leaders in global society. Students have the opportunity to learn about theory and concepts of leadership, attend workshops, seminars and leadership conferences to develop the skills needed to be successful leaders.
