Lead
team: The lead team is a group of established leaders
on campus. They have to apply for the position and if selected
will serve from August until May to help plan, organize and
implement the emerging leaders retreat and other leadership
program initiatives.
Leadership
House
The
Leadership House is on-campus housing located at
2414 Brook Road. The Leadership House is a residential program,
with the goal of educating its members about leadership and
life, bringing students with common interests to live and
learn together. The Leadership House will provide an environment
to help students polish their skills as leaders, while encouraging
active participation in the campus community.
As a member
of the University Leadership House, you will have a shared
responsibility in helping yourself and others acquire leadership
skills proven to be effective in the real world through orientation,
monthly meetings, community service projects, and attending
leadership conferences. These elements, along with your daily
interaction with each other, combine to create a strong community
within the Leadership House.

Leader
Roundtable: Leader Roundtable is monthly meetings
designed to aid student leaders in developing a support network
of fellow student leaders. Student leaders will discuss best
practices for solving leadership issues as well as celebrate
student leaders successes.
Leadership
Day: Leadership Day is a day when all student leaders
provide volunteer service to various University departments
campus-wide or the community. Leadership Day is held once
per semester in the months of November and March.
Conferences:
Several opportunities to attend local, regional, and national
conferences are made available throughout the school year.
Conference opportunities are open to all Leadership Development
Program members.
Panther2Panther
Seminar Series: This week long seminar series is
facilitated by student leaders to their peers. This opportunity
allows student leaders to share relative information gained
while in attendance at conferences. The Panther2Panther Seminar
Series is held in the spring semester during the month of
April and is open to all students.
Leadership
Awards Program: Held annually in April, student leaders
are recognized for their achievements.
