The following questions will help the selection committee understand why you are a good candidate for the Leadership Development Program. Please reflect on the following six questions and answer in no more than five pages.

Reponses should be double-spaced using Times New Roman 12 font.

1. Why do you wish to join the leadership development program?
2. What unique characteristics will you bring to the program?
3. Please define leadership.
4. What do you consider to be the three most important attributes of a leader?
5. If selected for the Leadership Development Program, what is the most important skill you would like to develop and why?
6. Please tell us your thoughts about leadership, servantship and fellowship.

Essay Question – Please respond to the following in 500 words or less. Describe a leader you are acquainted with and tell us how this individual has influenced your life and impacted your interest in leadership.
