Housing Deadlines

Your housing application WILL NOT be processed until you have paid the $250 Enrollment Fee and $2,000 First Installment.* *Financial Aid CANNOT be used to pay the First Installment.

Fall	Spring
May 15	December 1	Housing priority will be given to students who pay the Enrollment Fee and First Installment and submit their housing application BEFORE the May 15 DEADLINE for the fall and BEFORE the December 1 DEADLINE for the spring. (Applications must be postmarked by May 15 for the fall and postmarked by December 1 for the Spring). Housing assignments are processed according to the date your payments are received—not according to the date your housing application is received.
July 1	December 1	We DO NOT GUARANTEE a room assignment if you make the First Installment payment and submit your housing application after July 1 for the fall or after December 1 for the spring,**You will be notified if you are placed on the waiting list.
July 27	December 17	Room assignments will be MAILED on or before July 27 for the fall and on or before December 17 for the spring. Complete check-in information and what to bring to campus will be included in your assignment information.
