LEAD houses upperclassmen who demonstrate an
interest in leadership at Virginia Union through
involvement and participation in Virginia Union
registered student organizations. Students will
benefit from a leadership-rich experience,
allowing them to become productive citizens of
the Union community and the wider community as
well. The house is designed to further develop
leadership skills, discuss the importance and
relevance of leadership at Union and provide
student leaders an opportunity to live in a
community with their peers. Residents in this
house are invited to participate in leadership
programs, service projects, campus trainings and
self-defined leadership experiences. The focus
of residents in this house is to further develop
leadership skills, excel
academically and to achieve the desired
goal of developing future leaders at
Virginia Union University.
