Robert
Scott Jepson, Jr. will deliver the 2008 Commencement address
at Virginia Union University. The ceremony will be held at
10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2008 on Hovey Field located
at 1500 North Lombardy Street in Richmond, Virginia.
Jepson is
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Jepson
Associates, Inc., a private investment firm. He is well
known in the Richmond area as Founder and Principal
Benefactor of the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at
University of Richmond.
Virginia Union will hold its Baccalaureate service on
Friday, May 9 at 6:00 p.m. in Coburn Hall. The speaker will
be Dr. John W. Kinney, Dean of Virginia Union’s Samuel
DeWitt Proctor School of Theology.
