This form is for the use of ALL of the facilities at Virginia Union University and should be completed in its entirety. The scheduling of activities/events is done on a first-come, first-served basis unless preempted by the necessity of University. Please wait for an official confirmation email before advertising your event(s). If the event is with a Student Organizations please confirm the list is an official registered organization. If the organization is outside of the University Family a fee could be charged, please contact the Vice President of Financial Affairs (804) 257-5750 for more details.
ALL food that is at any event on the campus should be handled through Thompson Hospitality, please contact at (804) 257-5780 or email@example.com for request. The request for the audio visual, facilities, and security are handled by each separate office and you will be sent the request as part of the confirmation email. The University may cancel any activity as the result of violations of University policy or falsification of documentation. If your event is cancelled it should be reported to the University office where the request was submitted as soon as possible, but no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled date of the activity/event. Untimely notifications of multiple cancellations may result in a fine or not being able to schedule future events. This form should be completed by the Adviser of Registered Student Organizations.
