Student Support Services (SSS) is a federal TRIO educational outreach program that provides opportunities for academic development. SSS/TRIO is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and is part of a network of over 1,750 TRIO programs serving nearly 700,000 students throughout the nation.

To qualify for program eligibilty, students must first complete the application process.Students must be undergraduate students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have an academic need, and whose background contains one or more of the following:
First generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor's degree)
Low income
Disabled
Enrollment in the SSS program is limited.
