CUR Research Symposia

The Center for Undergraduate Research host two annual student research/creative inquiry symposia-- Panther Pipelines: Discovery Day (Fall) and the Research and Creative Inquiry Expo (Spring).  These events are designed to highlight students scholarly endeavors pursued throughout the academic year.

Panther Pipelines: Discovery Day is designed to highlight the research and creative inquiry activities of Virginia Union University's undergraduate students and university stakeholders (faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners). During this event, VUU undergraduate students will share their scholarly activities.  Additionally, university stakeholders can publicize research or creative inquiry opportunities for students to pursue during the academic year.

The Research and Creative Inquiry Expo is the spring symposium for the Center for Undergraduate Research. The event is designed to highlight the scholarly endeavors pursued by all VUU undergraduate students throughout the academic year.

Engage in a rewarding experience by signing up to serve as a symposium judge. Your primary role as a CUR symposium judge is to provide an inviting atmosphere for undergraduate students and encourage each student to remain engaged in research and creative inquiry.
