Welcome to Enrollment Management! ​

Our mission is to provide essential services that improves the student experience as they journey from pre-enrollment to graduation. We consist of five distinct offices that collaborate together to include the Office of Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of Registrar, the Office of Residence Life & Housing, and the Office of Student Accounts. We service all students that have chosen VUU as their home whether they are enrolling in our undergraduate, graduate, or certificate programs.

Enrollment Management

The Office of Admissions: 804.342.3570 / admissions@vuu.edu

  • Submit application, test scores, transcripts, and immunization records
  • Get an admissions decision and next steps

The Office of Financial Aid: 804.257.5675 / finaid@vuu.edu

  • Discuss financial options/scholarships
  • Complete your FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov)
  • Submit outstanding financial documents (if in verification)
  • Receive an award letter (check your MyVUU portal)
  • Complete entrance counseling/sign Master Promissory Note
  • Complete Parent PLUS Loan or private loan applications

  • Receive a new pin number for MyVUU portal
  • Discuss class scheduling (Freshmen class schedules are built by University College)

The Office of Residence Life & Housing: 804.257.5608 / reslife@vuu.edu 

  • Submit housing application
  • Receive housing assignment

The Office of Student Accounts: 804.257.5675 / studentaccounts@vuu.edu

  • Review anticipated student charges and balance (check your MyVUU portal)
  • Set up payment plans
  • Submit third-party billing requests
