We are thrilled to announce that the 9th annual Legacy Award Gala hosted by Mayor Levar Stoney will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.    

The event's theme, "All Things Excellence," pays homage to VUU's 159-year history of providing a nurturing and intellectual environment for learning.   

We urge corporations, community groups, and individuals to consider supporting this worthy cause by purchasing sponsor packages ranging from $2,000 to $50,000. By doing so, you can help students overcome the financial barriers associated with pursuing a college education. Sponsor benefits include a reserved table, recognition at the event, prominent branding on print and electronic materials, and an evening of fine dining and fun.
