Due to inclement weather, all classes are cancelled for Friday, February 12, 2021.
The National Weather Service-Wakefield (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory effective until Noon on Friday. NWS has also issued a winter storm watch beginning late Friday night through Saturday evening.
For the winter weather advisory, mixed precipitation is expected with snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch. For the winter storm watch, significant icing is possible with total ice accumulations of around a quarter of an inch.
NWS-Wakefield warns that potential slippery roads and hazardous conditions could impact the evening and Friday morning commute. Please use caution if you decide to walk on campus or travel on the roads.
