Snow Move-In Update

Dear Panther Community, 

     The metro Richmond area saw 2-4″ of snow on Sunday, January 31, 2021. Temperatures are expected to remain in the low 30s with potential freezing rain. The campus was pre-treated and will remain open however, there is the potential for icy conditions. Please use caution if you are traveling in and around Richmond.  

Students Scheduled to Move-in on Monday, February 1 

     Residence Life and Housing will be ready and prepared to welcome students who are scheduled for move-in on Monday. Our primary concern is your safety while traveling, please follow any advisories recommended by the National Weather Service. If you are not comfortable traveling, please contact the Housing Office at (804)-257-5608 or the VUU Housing Emergency Hotline at (804) 878-9370.
