Virginia Union University Hosts Historic Gathering of Seven Sister HBCU Presidents for Book Project Launch Event

Virginia Union University proudly welcomed a groundbreaking event a couple of weeks ago, where seven esteemed Sister HBCU Presidents convened to share their extraordinary leadership journeys. This momentous occasion marked the launch of a collaborative book project titled "The HBCU Sisterhood: Testimonies of Triumph and Transformation," with each dynamic Sister-President committing to contribute a chapter to this upcoming publication. 

During the event, attendees had the privilege of engaging with each Sister-President through individual, facilitated discussions centered around their respective chapters. Following these insightful conversations, audience members had the opportunity to pose questions and participate in dialogue with these distinguished higher education luminaries. This unique gathering provided a rare chance for participants to connect with and learn from seven impactful Sister HBCU Presidents, all at no cost.
