This is the Faculty/Staff appreciation game Game staff to arrive at 2:45 p.m. Lombardy Street will be closed to traffic beginning at 3:00 p.m. The President’s tent will welcome Trustees, President Circle level donors, faculty and staff. There will be individually wrapped snacks, fish, and beverages. The tent has a capacity of 60 people. Ms. Deborah Alston will manage the tent. Pre-Game 4:45 p.m. Rev. Chatmon will give the prayer A VUU choir member will sing the National Anthem. The VUU Choir, under the direction of David Bratton will sing Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing. Half-Time Moment of silence to remember the victims of 9/11. This is the 20th Anniversary.
