Virginia Union University Welcomes Kofi Jack as Chief Information Officer

[RICHMOND - July 22, 2022] — Virginia Union University is announcing new leaders in its academic and administrative teams.

Kofi Jack serves as the Chief Information Officer at VUU. Jack is an Information Technology (IT) professional with 15 years of industry experience in higher education. He previously led in the role of Director of Client Services at Bethune-Cookman University. Jack is a passionate lifelong learner who is committed to service excellence. Driven by strong ethics and moral principles, Jack takes pride in providing the best IT experience possible. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. 

As VUU's newly appointed CIO, Kofi Jack aspires to strengthen IT support services, automate digital workflows, establish data-center resilience, and refresh classroom A/V.
